Grief Support Mailings with Online Database

A Caring Touch mailings, with an easy-to-use online database, is a comprehensive bereavement follow-up program for organizations. Consisting of 12 compassionate Letters and a single-page Grief Educational Enclosure to accompany each letter, the mailings are designed for sending to the bereaved each month during the first year following a death. A "Holiday Bill of Rights" Enclosure is included to put in the October or November mailing.

The letters and enclosures are formatted for printing on your organization's letterhead, giving the sending institution consistent and important visibility, and the recipients of the mailings name recognition and loyalty. A Caring Touch mailings have also been written with sensitivity towards religious, cultural, age and gender differences, appealing to a wide range of persons.

Our Digicert* secure database simplifies your job by storing bereavement follow-up data in one place. When you subscribe to A Caring Touch, you will be provided a password so that you can record bereavement data and/or access your stored data on-line, anytime. At the beginning of each month, or whenever you choose, simply "login" to print personalized letters with each bereaved's name and the corresponding educational enclosure. After they are printed, sign your name and put in a business envelope. To print your address labels, simply download a CSV file for easy importing into your mailing label program.
